Method-1 

Ingredients

  • 3-4 ripe guavas
  • 1-2 cups of water
  • A pinch of salt (optional)
  • Honey or natural sweetener to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash the guava well and cut it into small pieces.
  2. Blend the guava with water until smooth.
  3. If you don’t want to eat the seeds and pulp, strain the mixture to remove them.
  4. Add a pinch of salt and honey for extra flavor.
  5. Serve and enjoy it fresh.

Method-2 

Ingredients 

  • Two ripe guavas
  • A blender
  • Sugar
  • 2 cups of normal water
  • 4 teaspoons of soaked chia seeds

Instructions 

  1. Take two ripe guavas. Then cut them into small pieces.
  2. Take a blender and keep the guava pieces in the blender. 
  3. Add 2 cups of water to the guava pieces. 
  4. Then blend the guava pieces for about 30 seconds.  Blend in a very short time so that the seeds may not break.
  5. After blending, filter the mixture well.
  6. Add the necessary sugar to the mixture just as sweet as you like.
  7. Add two more cups of water to the mixture.
  8. Give 4 teaspoons of soaked chia seeds in the mixture which you need to soak a small amount of chia seeds in water for 2 hours.

Guava juice is ready for drinking. Now refrigerate this juice for an hour.  After an hour, drink this guava juice yourself and serve others.

Method: 3

Ingredients

  • Guava - 2 pieces
  • Sugar - 1 cup
  • Mint leaves - 1 handful 
  • 1 lemon juice 
  • Honey - 1 teaspoon 
  • Normal and cold water 
  • Salt 
  • Green pepper etc.

Instructions

  1. Cut the guava and discard the seeds inside. 
  2. Cut the two guavas into small pieces and give them one by one in a blender. 
  3. Add 1 cup of sugar, two glasses of water, lemon juice, a green chili, honey, mint leaves and salt along with the guava pieces.  
  4. Blend the ingredients for 30 seconds.
  5. After blending, filter the mixture. 
  6. The guava juice drink is ready.  Then add a piece of ice or cold water to this juice or keep the prepared guava juice in the fridge for an hour.
